Description

Kottamchukkadi Choornam is a traditional herbal powder used in Ayurveda, mainly to support digestion and relieve problems related to gas and mucus imbalance in the body. It is made from a combination of medicinal herbs such as kottam (Saussurea lappa), chukku (dried ginger), black pepper, long pepper, cumin, and ajwain, all of which are known for their digestive and carminative properties. It is usually taken in small doses with warm water, honey, or buttermilk, as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner. However, it should be used cautiously in people with gastric irritation or ulcers, and medical guidance is recommended for proper dosage and duration.
