Description
Rasnadi Choornam is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal powder mainly used for disorders of the head and neck region. It is commonly applied externally on the scalp or forehead to relieve headaches, sinus congestion, and heaviness of the head. This formulation helps in balancing Kapha and Vata doshas, making it especially useful in conditions like cold, rhinitis, and sinusitis.It is often used after bathing, where a small quantity is rubbed on the top of the head to prevent ailments caused by exposure to cold and moisture.
