Lohasavam is a traditional Ayurvedic iron tonic prepared through natural fermentation, primarily used to treat anemia, fatigue, and general debility. By combining purified iron with potent digestive herbs like Ginger, Black Pepper, and Triphala, this liquid formulation ensures superior iron absorption while minimizing common side effects like constipation.
