We ship products all over India via Indian Post,DTDC & Delhivery Courier Services from our Packing Unit.

• International Shipping: We do not ship products outside of India at present.

Dispatch Process

• Preparation Time: After an order is placed, we typically dispatch next day If there is any delay from the normal timing, we will inform you in advance.
• Delivery time: All products from Herbal Galleria will be shipped within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as holidays or unforeseen delays.
• Notification: As soon as the order is placed, we will inform you of the shipping date through a phone call or message.

Shipping Charges

Transit Risk

• Damage During Transit: If any damages occur during transit due to our packing mistake, we will replace the damaged products.

However, we are not liable for delayed shipments due to service interruptions or failures caused by the courier, which are beyond our control.

Address Changes

• Delivery Address: Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order and cannot be rerouted to another address after the order is dispatched. However, changes to the address can be accepted before dispatch.
